The Oulu Region E4 Network has been granted the licence to collect money by the Oulu Police Department (no. 8630/9/2009, 5.6.2009). The fund-raising will be carried out by the Oulu Region E4 Network 8.6.-31.12.2009.

The Truth event 2009 expenses will be covered by means of the funds raised. In case of a surplus the money will be used to arrange the Truth event 2010 or for another event that will be later on carried out jointly by congregations via the Oulu Region E4 Network.

Only people residing in the following municipalities may make donations: Oulu, Oulunsalo, Kempele and Hailuoto.
